FA99 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player" or "you") and FA99 ("FA99", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at fa99.casa (the "Platform" or "Website").

By accessing, registering an account on, or making use of any service offered through the FA99 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of the FA99 Platform, including visitors, registered members, and users accessing the Platform via mobile devices. They govern all activities conducted on the Platform, including but not limited to account creation, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, sports betting, and participation in promotions.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" — the individual registered user account created by a Member upon successful registration on the Platform.

• "Balance" — the aggregate of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held within a Member's FA99 Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded to a Member subject to specific wagering requirements and terms as described in Section 7 of these Terms.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification process required by FA99 prior to processing withdrawals or upon request at any stage of account use.
• "MYR" or "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency in which FA99 transacts with Malaysian members.
• "Eligible Jurisdiction" — a territory from which access to the FA99 Platform is permitted under the applicable terms.
• "Force Majeure" — any event beyond FA99's reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, cyberattacks, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.

To register and maintain an active account on the FA99 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. FA99 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gaming and betting activities in line with responsible gambling standards applicable to casino-style and sports betting platforms.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of FA99 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers or payment processors.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy or representative for any third party.
• You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement currently in force.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

FA99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the FA99 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. FA99 will not be liable for any losses sustained as a result of unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Upon registration, you will be required to complete a KYC verification process before your first withdrawal can be processed. FA99 may also initiate KYC review at any time during the lifecycle of your account. Accepted documents typically include a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., MyKad, passport) and proof of address not older than three months.

FA99 accepts deposits via the following verified Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfer through Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong and RHB. All deposit methods are subject to availability and may vary without notice.

All transactions on the FA99 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

• Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• FA99 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply processing charges independently.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account balance immediately upon successful processing confirmation from the payment gateway.
• FA99 reserves the right to decline, reverse or hold any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder, or that appears inconsistent with normal account activity.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account.

Members may request withdrawals of their real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have undergone and passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name that matches your FA99 account details.
• Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost) are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. DuitNow and FPX transfers are processed within five to fifteen (5–15) minutes. Direct bank transfers may take up to sixty (60) minutes.
• FA99 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing time beyond the standard timeframes above.
• If a withdrawal request is submitted while a bonus is active, the withdrawal may only proceed once the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied, or upon voluntary forfeiture of the associated bonus.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page within your member account dashboard.

FA99 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, Members are advised to check with their respective bank or e-wallet provider for any inbound transaction fees that may apply on their end.

FA99 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and seasonal promotions such as Hari Raya specials. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer and incorporated herein by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable to all FA99 promotions include:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering (rollover) requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 10×, 15×, 20×) is stated on each promotion's individual terms page.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While any bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per spin is MYR 250 to MYR 500 depending on the specific promotion. Bets exceeding this cap may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet toward fulfilling the wagering requirement. Table games including baccarat, blackjack and roulette generally contribute 10–20%. Zero contribution games are clearly identified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity window, typically 7, 14 or 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses are automatically removed without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the relevant promotion terms.
• Abuse of Promotions: FA99 monitors bonus activity for patterns consistent with advantage play, bonus abuse, or coordinated exploitation. Accounts found engaging in such behaviour may have bonuses voided and accounts suspended.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. Where applicable, this cap is stated in the individual promotion terms.

All wagers placed on the FA99 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event. General betting rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your selections before confirmation.
• In the event of a technical fault or system error during a game round or sports event, FA99 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the Member's account balance.
• For live sports betting, odds are subject to change in real time. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager, regardless of subsequent movements.
• FA99 reserves the right to limit bet amounts on specific markets or events at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• In circumstances where a payout is made in error (e.g., due to a software malfunction or human error), FA99 reserves the right to reclaim the erroneously paid amount from the Member's account balance. If the balance is insufficient, FA99 may pursue recovery through other lawful means.
• Sporting event results are determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Any subsequent amendments to official results after settlement will not ordinarily affect settled bets unless otherwise specified in the relevant sport rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the FA99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using another person's identity, payment method or account credentials.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, game vulnerabilities, or technical glitches for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be forfeited.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Platform without authorisation.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is explicitly prohibited by law.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a defined break from gambling activity (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) without full account closure.

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any service due to Force Majeure events including but not limited to cyberattacks, regulatory intervention, natural disasters, or telecommunications failures.
• Any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in game outcomes where the relevant RNG technology has operated correctly within its certified parameters.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to secure your login credentials.

Where FA99's liability cannot be excluded by law, FA99's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to exclude or limit FA99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by FA99's negligence, to the extent that such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

All content on the FA99 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, graphics, software, text, game content, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of FA99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Use the FA99 brand, logo or any associated marks for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from any Platform software.

Any unauthorised use of FA99's intellectual property may constitute a breach of applicable law and will be pursued accordingly.

FA99 reserves the right to revise, update or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Where changes to these Terms are material in nature, FA99 may — at its discretion — notify registered Members via email or an in-platform notification. However, such notification is a courtesy and does not alter your obligation to review the Terms independently.

Your continued access to or use of the FA99 Platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting our support team.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the FA99 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting FA99's customer support team.

FA99 commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days of receipt. Disputes relating to individual wagers or technical outcomes will be reviewed by FA99's compliance team in good faith, with reference to available server-side logs and game records.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through FA99's internal process, you may escalate the matter through independent dispute resolution channels available in your jurisdiction. FA99 will cooperate fully with any lawful inquiry from a recognised authority.
